We are five Americans (three with Indian origin) who went to Sikkim and North Bengal. This was our sixth trip with Countryside. Similar to all of our ratings in the past, we rate our trip as A+. First, Countryside knows exactly what we desired. We wanted bird watching, stay with Sikkimese families, experience the tea plantations, see blooming springtime flowers and do hiking so that we can see Kanchanjunga and other mountains. The planning, locations, guides, all were perfectly done for this 22-day trip. We had to cancel our hiking plan, and change to car driving / stay in new tea plantations due to daily hailstorms. Countryside literally arranged a new plan B within 24 hours. That was simply incredible!! They were always available 24/7 for support, advise and any last-minute changes. In fact, I do not think that we will ever go to India for any adventure without countryside. Salute to all of them and huge thanks.
