    1. Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

      Arrival in Kathmandu at 11:00 am and meet our local representative at airport. Drive to Boudhanath Stupa – an ancient colossal stupa and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in the world. En-route have lunch. Further drive to hotel in Kathmandu. Evening is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel Maya Manor at Kathmandu

    2. Day 2 Kathmandu – Mankamana Temple (146 km; 5 hrs) Gorkha village (27 km; 2 hrs)

      After breakfast, we will check out and start drive at 08:00 am. Reach Mankamana temple starting point after 05 hrs. drive. Situated a top a 1300-meter hill, the Manakamana Devi temple is a highly venerated sacred place of the Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati. The name Manakamana is derived from two words, Mana, meaning heart and Kamana, meaning wish. The Manakamana temple is set in a square and looks across a massive sacred magnolia tree. The temple is four storied with tiered pagoda style roofs and lies on a square pedestal. In 1996, brass plates were installed on the roof.

      Note:

      • In cable car, each person is permitted to carry a 15-kg baggage
      • Standard Cable Car Operation Timings: 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and 1:30 pm to 5.00 pm

      • 15 mins walk from the exit of cable car to the temple.

       

      Take a lunch break after temple visit then further drive to Gorkha village. Gorkha Village is located in the lush green western hills of Nepal, facing Mt. Manaslu in the north.

      On arrival in Gorkha village, explore the village with the agricultural fields walk and experience of farmlands.  Visit Gorkha Bazaar. It is primarily a cobbled street market place where by people from neighboring hill dwellings come to trade. There are a few temples near about, but not much. Yet, it is worth a visit as it provides a very good vista of the quiet charm that soaks a typical hill village of Nepal. Check in to the hotel. Enjoy sunset view from the hotel premises. Overnight stay at hotel Gorkha Gaun Resort in Gorkha Village.

    3. Day 3 Gorkha Village - Bandipur (54 km; 2-3 hrs)

      Prepare yourself early morning to experience a scenic sunrise at around 06:00 am. Morning time is at leisure.

      Post breakfast, visit the Gorkha Palace

      Note: To visit Gorkha palace, need to climb around 100 step which takes approx. half an hour.

      Proceed to Bandipur on the India–Tibet trade route by the Prithvi Highway. Bandipur is famous with ideal Newari tribal culture. With its glorious 18th-century architecture, absence of motorized vehicles and restaurant tables set out on the bazaar, it has a distinct European feel. Yet Bandipur remains very much a living community, bustling with farmers and traders going about their business alongside the tourists. On arrival in Badipur, walk around the old Bandipur Bazaar. Overnight stay at hotel Three Mountain Resort in Bandipur.

    4. Day 4 Bandipur – Dhampus (131 km; 4-5 hrs)

      After breakfast and check out, we start drive at 08.30 am. Enroute visit twin lakes (Begnas and Rupa).

      Further drive to Pokhara for Lunch break. In the meantime, the guide will process the permit for Annapurna circuit for further journey.

      Dhampus village (1650m) is situated on the north from the Pokhara valley.  Beside gorgeous views of golden rice terraces, you can see magnificent views of the mountains from west to east. Annapurna South (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Mardi Himal (5587m) and Macchapucchare (6993m) to the north.

      On arrival check into the hotel. Spent time with these magnificent views and experience the wonderful sun set over the mountains. Overnight stay in hotel Basanta Lodge K&D at Dhampus.

    5. Day 5 Dhampus

      Post breakfast we start for Chitwan. Check-in at the resort/lodge. Meet the naturalists /representative from the jungle lodge followed by tour briefing. Lunch at the resort. Afternoon, a jungle safari on elephant back is organized to penetrate deep into this temperate forest of Chitwan to view and photograph wildlife, flora and fauna of the Royal Chitwan National Park.

      Chitwan National Park is the home of Greater One Horned Rhinoceros, Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Gaur (Bison), and 4 types of Deer, 2 types of monkeys, and 2 types of crocodiles, leopards, the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger and over 400 species of birds and various reptiles and other smaller mammals.

      In the evening, the well-stocked bar caters to the needs of the thirsty and a hearty meal of continental or Nepalese cuisine will be served around the campfire. Overnight stay at hotel in Chitwan.

    6. Day 6 Dhampus - Thasang Village (122 km; 6-7 hrs)

      Wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise over Mount Dhaulagiri at approx. around 06:00 am. Post breakfast, we check out from the hotel at 08:00 am and start drive towards beautiful Thasang village.

      En-route visit Tatopani Hot Spring for natural Springwater bath. The showers are shaped as colorful lion head spouting the spring water between their fanged teeth.

      Note: People are advised not to expose their body to the water for more than fifteen minutes at a time, to avoid falling ill from an extreme temperature change.

      The majestic views of Bhote Koshi or the Tibet River running down from China into the lush green vegetation is one of the other major attraction of the place beside the hot spring.

      Further drive to Lodge Thasang Vllage, which is located along the Annapurna trekking route, one of the most famous and scenic destinations of Nepal. The Lodge overlooks the vast Kaligandaki River Valley and opens to the majestic views of Mt. Nilgiri to the east and Mt. Dhaulagiri to the west. Dinner and overnight stay in lodge at Thasang village.

    7. Day 7 Thasang Village

      Prepare yourself early morning to enjoy the sunrise over Mount Dhaulagiri at around 06:00 am.

      Post Breakfast, drive to Kagbeni (which is on the way to Muktinath) to enjoy excellent views and if keen can do some fossil hunting along the bank of Kaligandaki river.

      In the return journey, if time permits visit any nearby villages or lakes.  Dinner and overnight stay in lodge at Thasang village.

    8. Day 8 Thasang Village

      Prepare yourself early morning to enjoy the sunrise over Mount Dhaulagiri at around 06:00 am.

      Day is free at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in lodge at Thasang village.

      Optional: You may visit nearby temples and villages, if you are interested.

    9. Day 9 Thasang Village – Pokhara (134 km; 6-7 hrs)

      Prepare yourself early morning to enjoy the sunrise over Mount Dhaulagiri at around 06:00 am.

      Post Breakfast, check out and start drive to Pokhara.

      On arrival, as time permits you may visit the Devi’s fall & Gupteswar Mahadev cave: Also, known as Patale Chhango, this waterfall marks the point where the Pardi Khola stream vanishes underground. It is a half an hour walk to reach Waterfall and Gupteshwar Mahadev cave. Overnight stay in hotel Atithi Resort & Spa at Pokhara.

    10. Day 10 Fly Pokhara – Kathmandu; Rest of the Day Free

      We start our day at 05:30 am. Drive to Peace Pagoda for a scenic sunrise views. Drive back to hotel for breakfast. Check out at around 09:00 am and drive to Pokhara domestic airport to board the light to Kathmandu.

      Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel. En-route have a lunch break. Overnight stay in hotel Maya Manor at Kathmandu.

    11. Day 11 Kathmandu - Mountain Flight to Everest; Half Day Sightseeing

      Today we have wake up early in the morning for catch Mountain Everest Flight (The flight is subject to weather conditions). Drive to domestic airport at 06:00 am. Enjoy 1-hour Mountain Flight on Mt. Everest.  Approx. cost INR 7000/-

      Post lunch we visit the following places time permitting like:

      Pashupatinath Temple – the Temple of Lord Shiva situated on the bank of the holy Bagmati River.

      Hanuman Dhoka (Kathmandu Durbar Square – an ancient durbar palace) with its numerous old palaces, temples and pagodas, the Temple of Living Goddess “Kumari”, and the Kasthamandap Temple, which is believed to be constructed from the wood of a single tree from which Kathmandu derives its name.

      Garden of Dreams: There are dozens of gorgeous details in the small garden, including the original gate, a marble inscription from Omar Khayam’s Rubaiyat, the new fountains and ponds, and a quirky ‘hidden garden’ to the south.

      Overnight stay in hotel Maya Manor at Kathmandu.

    12. Day 12 Kathmandu - Final Departure

      Post breakfast, drive to Kathmandu International airport to catch a return flight.
