Being bitten by the trekking bug years ago, her enthusiasm for any trek is infectious! While successfully running three mutually exclusive departments – Corporate Management Programmes, Children Camps & Free Spirit club with aplomb, she snatches time for her outdoor pursuits

Bindi Shah:

‘Efficiency’ can be her middle name! Courteous, meticulous, competent…. adjectives fall short for this soft spoken girl. That’s not all…classical singing is her forte and we are sure her voice still haunts the valleys in which we trekked!

Vilas Lende:

Quiet as a mouse but hardworking as a beaver, has recently done a Basic Mountaineering Course. He does a wonderful balancing act of planning itineraries, maintaining operations & escorting trips.

Amit Jain:

Beware! His boyish exuberance is contagious! His enthusiasm matches his profile of a marketing & sales guy to the ‘T’ !

Krishna Joshi:

In an office that is full of outdoor guys who hate paperwork and systematic approaches, Joshi has to carry out the difficult job of restoring order and sanity! Countryside stands firmly on his amazing patience in dealing with the bombardment of ‘God knows which account!’ vouchers coming from all possible destinations!

Ashok Patil:

An ‘all seasons man’! Be it a technically ‘knotty’ issue or dealing with any logistics he handles it with élan. With his rock-solid dependability & loyalty, he has made himself indispensable and our Man Friday…

Amit Gurav:

This lean 33 year lad is an out & out mountaineering guy has achieved an ‘A’ in all his mountaineering degrees! With the unmatched degrees & his experience of various treks & rock climbing expeditions, he has lead many Countryside treks in the Himalayas & Sahyadris.

Santosh Dagde:

Though the latest ‘official’ entrant into the Countryside family, his love & passion for the outdoors goes far back. Possessing a rich experience of numerous trekking & rock climbing expeditions apart from all the technical & soft skills required in this field, he is a feather in the cap for Countryside.

Ramsharan Thapaliya:

An extremely capable guide in Nepal who accompanies our trips in Nepal & Tibet. He was a part of the NASA research expeditions to Mt. Everest . With his impeccable manners he is a much sought – after tour leader!

Ramesh Rawat:

Hailing from the sacred lands of Rishikesh, the Ganges & Himalayas are his playing grounds! Upteen white water expeditions & tramping ceaselessly in the snow bound mountains has made him a rugged and invaluable guide!

Gelay Jamtsho:

As a kid Gelay always wondered what was beyond that mountain. Having trekked all over Bhutan, now he knows the answer
He is also an energetic social worker, campaigning against substance abuse. A devout Buddhist, his gentle character and wisdom make him a hugely popular guide in Bhutan.

Santosh Shirke:

A Swami Narayan devout, this black belt Karate man keeps everyone in splits with is ‘instant humor’. An out & out PR guy!

Alankar Shivgan & Abhinay Pendhari:

The two hard working errand boys, with a perpetual spring in their feet & smile on their lips, they have a share in the successful running of our programmes!

Fresh from the basic mountaineering course, looks after the vast Countryside equipment store like a hawk!
